1. Football ends. (NFL wise...college football is another story - I'm kinda sad to see it go)
2. Excuse for friends to get together.
3. Justifies the abundant potluck feast and poor nutritional choices.
A great thing about being up here is that the game started at about 2pm. Our friends came over, we ate, watched a little football, socialized and ate some more. Early enough for it all to be over at a decent hour for work the next day. Perfect.
